Overview

The international law firm Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe is looking to hire a fourth- or fifth-year law student for an internship of at least 6 months in its TCG department, starting in February/March.

Responsibilities

- Work alongside senior staff and support them in due diligence activities.
- Review contractual and corporate documentation.
- Provide translations.
- Conduct legal research.
- Assist with other activities related to TCG operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for people who are fluent in Italian and English and are eager to learn about our business!
