Experteer Overview

In this role you will enable and coordinate data engineering and analytics efforts across multiple domains. You will align Tech Leads, architects and product partners with the chapter vision and group strategy. You’ll focus on harmonizing engineering practices, governance and delivery quality while managing transversal initiatives. This is a hands‑on leadership role that shapes how analytics scale across domains, countries and brands, driving technical excellence and delivery impact.

Responsabilità

- Proven experience as Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Engineering Manager in data or software engineering
- Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics concepts, platforms, and delivery constraints
- Ability to coordinate across teams and domains without hierarchical authority
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of data concepts and cloud technologies (data lake, data warehouse, Data Mesh)
- Proficient in SQL, ETL/ELT development, data modeling and databases (Oracle, BigQuery)
- Strong knowledge of GCP data services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Airflow)
- DBT expertise; Agile@scale experience; Jira/Confluence familiarity
- Organized, proactive with ownership; empathetic and collaborative
- Fluent in English and Italian
