YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Studio Tributario e Societario Deloitte, a professional firm dedicated to tax consultancy and assistance to Italian and international companies and groups, is looking for young professionals to join its staff in Milano.

This opportunity, which offers significant professional growth, is aimed at recent graduates or consultants with up to 4 years of experience in corporate tax, who are highly motivated to develop their skills in transfer pricing.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to begin or refine their professional training in the Transfer Pricing Service Line, both through a tailor-made internal training program and "on the job," in order to quickly take on roles of increasing responsibility.

In particular, we are looking for candidates with the following requirements:

- Master's degree in economic disciplines (LM-56 or LM-77);
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Good interpersonal skills, initiative, results-orientation, teamwork attitude, and strong motivation complete the profile.





Previous experience in consulting or corporate settings, specifically on transfer pricing and/or international tax issues, is a preferential title.

Transfer pricing team The Transfer Pricing Service Line of Studio Tributario e Societario is made up of professionals specializing in transfer pricing, in its tax, economic-business, and valuation-statistical aspects. Composed of over one hundred dedicated professionals, the Service Line provides high value-added advice and assistance for the solution of any issue related to intercompany transactions:

- analysis of business models for the design of more correct and efficient pricing policies,
- documentation of transactions in compliance with current regulations in different jurisdictions,
- assistance in relations with tax authorities and defense in case of disputes,
- management of "Advance Pricing Agreements" procedures aimed at concluding preventive agreements on transfer pricing with the financial administrations of various countries,
- "MAP - Mutual Agreement Procedures" procedures aimed at resolving cases of double taxation.





The Transfer Pricing Service Line operates in close connection, worldwide, with Deloitte's Global Transfer Pricing Service Line, an international network of more than 3,500 dedicated specialists, operating in over 80 countries, who meet periodically at meetings and training seminars and regularly work jointly on various projects, regardless of their respective offices, with the sole objective of providing clients with services of the highest quality.
