Experteer Overview

In this role you will contribute to the development of electro‑mechanical products within a multilingual R&D; environment. You will define technical requirements, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure project execution aligns with the Product Development Process. Your work interfaces with Corporate Product Management and external partners, supporting end‑to‑end system architecture, testing, and documentation. This position offers international exposure and a chance to influence product design and quality within a German‑led global group. You will work proactively to drive technical progress and deliverables across multiple projects.

- Develop electro‑mechanical products and systems per Product Development Process standards
- Define technical specifications for modules (electronics, mechanics, documentation, homologation)
- Define product architecture and interfaces by selecting components
- Plan and oversee Product Testing processes
- Create and maintain project documentation with quality and timing in mind
- Prepare product status reports by collecting and summarizing data




- Identify and resolve defects with actionable improvement plans
- Monitor development phases by supporting external suppliers and Kärcher entities
- Participate in project meetings and manage stakeholder requests
- Attend national and international project meetings

Responsabilità

- Engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical)
- At least 1 year of R&D;/engineering experience in multinational environments
- Experience in mechanical‑electrical design (plastic/aluminum parts, wiring, sensors, gearboxes) a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- High autonomy, proactivity, and initiative
- Knowledge of CAD 3D, Google suite, and SAP
- Knowledge of basic laboratory instrumentation (caliper, micrometer, multimeter)
- Fluent spoken and written English
