**Serioplast**, a Global Leader in **Rigid Plastic Packaging**, is Looking for a **Continous Improvement Project Manager** for the team at **Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG)!**

- Plan and execute Continuous Improvement (C.I.) projects based on priorities identified by the Global C.I. Manager, working closely with local teams and ensuring on-site support when needed.
- Implement Lean methodologies and shopfloor management practices across Group facilities.
- Analyze processes, flows, and equipment to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for plant teams during project implementation, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- Promote and share best practices across plants, while proposing tailored improvement initiatives.
- Monitor project results and implement corrective actions to ensure performance targets are met.
- Support annual budgeting and investment planning for C.I. projects in collaboration with Regional Directors, the Global C.I. Manager, and the Project Management Department. **What are we looking for?**
- Excellent applied knowledge of WCM standards
- Excellent knowledge of business economics




- Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
- Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a FMCG multinational Company **What do we offer?**
