Production Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will implement the local quality strategy by fostering a quality culture, tools, and competent teams to exceed customer expectations, optimize processes, and ensure continuous and sustainable improvement The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions Division within the Electrification Area in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for: - Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with timeframe, quality, and cost requirements. - Supporting management with tools, systems, and quality-related content. - Providing training material and sessions to enhance quality management knowledge. - Performing audits to assess system compliance and drive continuous improvement. - Using data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformities. - Promoting a zero-defect vision, focusing on prevention and quality culture.



- Implementing corrective actions on analyzed NCRs and customer claims. - Re-evaluating quality processes, defect analysis methods, and improvement initiatives. **Qualifications for the role**: - Degree in Engineering or an experience in a manufacturing environment (not mandatory).
- You are skilled in problem-solving and solution-finding, comfortable working in a shopfloor environment.
- You have experience in data analysis, including handling large amounts of data.
- You possess knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and can efficiently organize priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced context.
- You are passionate about communication and implementing solutions to quality problems, engaging with various stakeholders across departments.
- You are proficient in Excel, MS Office, SAP, and Power BI, with knowledge of AI tools like Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Loop (a plus).
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken. **More about us**:
