- Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment. **Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required. **Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing role.
- Experience in sterile manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of leading successful teams. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes and visual inspection activites.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols. **Physical Requirements / Work Environment**
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 25 kg.
