The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function. **#La Mer Marketing Internship** **The Role** The Marketing Internship position in the Marketing Team supports all marketing,



product, trade and event activities collaborating with Marketing Team. **Key Performance Areas**
- Product support with monthly Circana analysis (download and sku detail);
- Product support competitor market analysis (on e off line);
- Product Support Ad Hoc Analysis (Example Launch related: focus night/ eye etc);
- VM translation support;
- Support for sending VM materials to the points of sale;
- Event in a Box Management;
- Media campaign asset support;
- Social packages for customers;
- Asset digital per e-retailer (banner, nl, grid etc);
- Production of materials in store;
- Support in sending materials for services (cabins/skinhubs);
- Support in planning collateral orders;
- Unloading of material on points of sale/warehouses/office;
- Help in managing the fidelity card project. **Requirements**: - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English Language.
- Excellent knowledge of key computer tools such as Office (with focus on Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility, and a professional attitude in line with Company standards.
- Pro-active, creative and analytic approaches.
