Express has entrusted the interior architecture and artistic direction of the hotel Hugo Toro. The former Palazzo Fonseca is a sumptuous 17th-century palace with a huge, majestic façade. A place of memory still adorned with its Roman columns, sculptures by Rinaldo Rinaldi, a disciple of Canova, and the fascinating goddess Minerva.
At the end of 2024, a new décor and interior inspired by the Roman domus and the riches of the "Eternal City" will be revealed with a new touch of contemporary elegance.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness,
presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout our Five-Star Luxury Hotel. Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Inspect guest rooms and hotel areas to ensure compliance with hotel and Forbes standards.
Supervise, coach, and support Room Attendants and Housepersons.
Ensure VIP rooms and special guest requests are prepared to the highest standard.
Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments to ensure smooth operations.
Report and follow up on maintenance issues.
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel procedures.
Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping preferably within a luxury or five-star hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Guest-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information Gross annual salary range: 23.000 - 25.000 euro
