Junior Funded Research Project Manager - TXT GROUP

TXT Group is looking for a Funded Research Project Manager who will be placed in the research and innovation unit of TXT E-Tech S.r.l., which works across all group companies.
The successful candidate will be involved in the management and execution of research projects funded by the European Commission and other bodies, across various sectors, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), eXtended Reality (XR) and digital transformation in general.
Main responsibilities
- Supporting the management of research projects;
- Liaising with project partners and funding bodies;
- Assisting with proposal preparation;
- Assisting with reporting, in collaboration with the Group’s administration;
- Disseminating information about the project and its results both externally and within the Group.
Technical skills required
- Experience in European-funded projects (H2020, Horizon EU, etc.) and/or Italian-funded projects (MIMIT);
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Experience in a digital transformation context would be an advantage.
Education
a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management Engineering, International Relations, Computer Science, Aeronautics,
or Economics and Business.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a proactive approach, a willingness to learn, and strong analytical and communication skills.

- The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 29.000 € and EUR 31.000 € gross per year.
- The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
