? Your role
As a Junior Controller, you will support key financial processes and contribute to ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting and analysis.
? Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet) and manage data required by the Group
- Support the Controlling team in analyzing and ensuring the correct allocation of costs and revenues, as well as preparing data for statutory reporting
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly management presentations
- Support budget and forecasting activities, including data validation and uploads to the Group reporting platform (planning & actuals)
- Prepare and manage data for accruals, including uploads and maintenance in SAP
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Finance & Administration team on ad hoc activities (e.g. rentals, insurance, purchase orders)
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Basic knowledge of management/analytical accounting
- Good knowledge of Excel (or strong willingness to learn and develop it quickly)
- Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Intermediate level of English
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Accuracy in managing financial data, especially during month-end closing
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive attitude in identifying and highlighting financial data issues
