Bacardi Italia is seeking an Activation Manager to drive On-Trade execution within the local IAP, covering Core and Premium brands in key outlets and hotspots. The role blends field work with close collaboration to Sales and Brand/Customer Marketing Managers across Italy.

You will build local customer marketing capabilities, lead tailor-made visibilities, manage agencies, and deliver KPI-driven results with a strong emphasis on execution excellence in the field.
