CB Talents SP in Athens is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Care Ambassador to join a luxury tech leader. You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, guiding them through purchases and post-sale questions with empathy.

You will start in sales or service support, with cross-skilling after 30 days, and weekly training on new tech launches. Fluent Italian (C1) and strong English (B2) are required, and comfort with MacOS or iOS is a plus.
