About the role

Launch your career in sales with a dynamic internship at Reckitt! This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the fast-paced world of sales from the inside out. As an intern in our sales organisation, you'll learn about analysis, 4P strategy and customer engagement. You'll gain hands‑on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives.

Your responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for the following activities:

- Promotional planning
- Planning of new launches
- Coordination of site-field communications flow
- Control and compliance with deadlines and key support accounts on the management tool
- Information and reports management and coordination for internal use and for the sales force
- Results tracking

The experience we're looking for

- MSc Degree in Economics
- Fluency in English (an international experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects

The skills for success

Excellent writing skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills stakeholder management, ability to prioritize.
