INTERNSHIP TRACKS – SALES

- Support Account Managers and Business Developers in sales planning, reporting, and client coordination
- Assist in preparing presentations, tracking KPIs, and managing internal performance tools
- Contribute to sales forecasting and demand planning using historical data and market trends
- Build performance dashboards and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Conduct sales performance analysis to support future planning cycles
- Act as a key contact point between Sales, Sales Administration, and Order Management teams

Must‑have

- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Availability for a full‑time and on site internship
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Ability to work with structured data and support performance reporting
- Basic presentation skills (PowerPoint or equivalent)
- High energy, curiosity,



and a proactive mindset
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently
- Genuine interest in a multinational, corporate environment

Nice‑to‑have

- Knowledge of BI or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to AI tools applied to data analysis and business insights (e.g. predictive analysis, automation, AI‑assisted reporting)
- Experience with CRM systems or commercial performance tools
- Basic understanding of forecasting or demand planning concepts
