International Trade Marketing Intern

In this role you contribute to shaping international marketing initiatives within Bolton Beauty from our Milan HQ. You’ll support development and execution of global marketing plans, monitor product launches, and help local markets align with brand guidelines. You’ll work on cross-functional projects, preparing materials for stakeholders and assisting GTM activities with partners.

You’ll conduct market and competitor analyses to uncover insights, and support price-list preparation for different countries. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving beauty environment with potential for growth.

- Prepare marketing reviews and share best practices across internal teams
- Prepare price lists for the countries
- Master’s degree (or three-year bachelor + Master) in Economics, Marketing, Communication or Management
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Proficient Office package; advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Proactive, autonomous, result-oriented; able to work in a dynamic environment
- Passion for and curiosity about the beauty industry
