About The Role: As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for international positions. Working remotely, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while collaborating with a diverse, global team on recruitment projects across multiple markets.
Main Responsibilities: Source and attract qualified candidates for international opportunities. Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against client requirements. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while keeping recruitment records up to date.
Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience. Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Adapt sourcing strategies based on hiring priorities, market trends, and business needs.
