Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

- Call and engage hospitality and MDU decision‑makers to introduce them to our innovative energy management solutions

- Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities

- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with value‑added resellers that can expand our reach within target markets

- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, in‑person presentations, and virtual product demonstrations for the field sales team

- Partner closely with our lead generation team to prioritize daily outreach activities and maximize results

- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within our CRM system

- Leverage sales enablement and prospecting tools to execute effective outreach and follow‑up campaigns

- Conduct market research to identify hotel groups, property management companies, and key decision‑makers

- Contribute to a high‑performance, collaborative team culture while striving to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

- University degree, high school diploma,



or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service

- Previous experience (approximately 2 years) in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar commercial role

- Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools to manage and develop opportunities

- Professional proficiency in English

- Fluent Italian language skills

- Greek language proficiency would be considered an advantage
- A fast learner who is comfortable adapting to new technologies, products, and market segments
