Call and engage hospitality and MDU decision‑makers to introduce them to our innovative energy management solutions Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities Identify, engage, and develop relationships with value‑added resellers that can expand our reach within target markets Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, in‑person presentations, and virtual product demonstrations for the field sales team Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within our CRM system Leverage sales enablement and prospecting tools to execute effective outreach and follow‑up campaigns Conduct market research to identify hotel groups, property management companies, and key decision‑makers University degree, high school diploma, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills,



with a customer‑focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service Previous experience (approximately 2 years) in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar commercial role Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools to manage and develop opportunities Professional proficiency in English Fluent Italian language skills Greek language proficiency would be considered an advantage A fast learner who is comfortable adapting to new technologies, products, and market segments Demonstrates expertise in business development and lead generation, with a strong focus on customer engagement and relationship building. Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and sales automation tools to drive outreach and manage opportunities effectively. #
