Founded in 2009, we now have over 1,500 solar installations across Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America. In 2022, we ventured into the battery storage market and today we have projects totaling 218 MW. We are part of the Obton Group, a large international organization with many skilled specialists. Our more than 250 colleagues are based at our headquarters in the beautiful surroundings of Nicolinehus on Aarhus Ø, as well as at our 10 international offices across Europe and Asia.
**Primary task** We are looking for a qualified new colleague to our team in the GMC department, where some of your primary tasks will be: - Continuously monitor the real-time performance of photovoltaic (PV) plants using dedicated dashboards, identifying deviations from KPIs.
- Monitor system alerts, errors, and component statuses generated by SCADA and other monitoring tools.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and manage incident resolution by creating tickets, assigning work orders, and coordinating with on-site technicians and Plant Managers.
- Optimize the alarm system by debugging and adjusting formulas and criteria to eliminate false positives or missing alerts.
- Support remote operations, including inverter shutdowns during curtailment events or negative pricing scenarios, via SCADA/PLC systems.
- Supervise security systems by monitoring alarms and CCTV, reporting incidents, and managing remote interventions when required.
- Verify the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of operational and static data in collaboration with Data Engineers and Plant Managers.
- Analyze plant performance trends and work with technical teams to propose and implement corrective actions or improvements. **Personal qualifications**

- You have successful experiences on a similar role (at least 2-3 years).
- You should be available to work rotating shifts.
- Good knowledge of monitoring tools and systems (Meteocontrol is considered a plus).
- Good knowledge in PV plants production and performance analysis.
- Fluent in Italian languange.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite. Your personality is important, and we are looking for a person with drive and commitment and who is able to act fast and do it with a smile. You must thrive on a mix of regular routine tasks and be self-driven alongside with being confident in an international context.
