- Engage daily with warm leads (no cold calling) and help them visualize their future success
- Conduct persuasive, high-energy video consultations that drive urgency and convert interest into enrollment
- Handle objections confidently and assertively
- Take full ownership of your sales targets, weekly and monthly
- Collaborate with sales leadership and a high-performance team to continuously raise the bar **You’re a Fit If**
- You have the gift of persuasion and thrive on influencing others to take action
- Sales is your natural habitat, experience in B2C, telesales, consultative selling, or similar is ideal
- You feed off energy,

- Base Salary: €17,940 gross per year
- Average Additional Bonuses: €23,060 gross per year (uncapped commissions)
- Total average annual compensation: €40,000+
- Hybrid work model: 2 remote days per week after 3-month trial
- Office location: Via Terenzio 35, 00193 Rome
