**We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager** to lead our team at **Luigia Dubai**, an award-winning Italian restaurant concept that brings the heart of Italy to every table. Founded in Geneva, Switzerland, Luigia is known for its warm hospitality, authentic recipes, and vibrant dining atmosphere. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing front-of-house team in alignment with Luigia’s values and service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, guest satisfaction, and service flow.
- Lead and develop the FOH team, ensuring high standards of hospitality and performance.
- Drive sales and optimize profitability while maintaining cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and operations team to uphold brand standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and team morale to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in premium casual or upscale dining, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.




- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a hands-on and guest-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and culture is a strong advantage.
