We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Milan office and support the Marketing Manager for Italy and Spain in the following activities: - Implementing trade marketing and communication initiatives to achieve sales and business targets
- Promoting, expanding, and consolidating tesa’s brand awareness in both countries
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring marketing activities in close collaboration with other departments (offline & online)
- Creating compelling commercial packages (presentations, promotions, merchandising, etc.) to support successful product launches
- Developing sales and merchandising materials to ensure consistent execution at the Point of Sale (POS)
- Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager and external agencies to localize and adapt content for offline and online channels
- Supporting local and European promotional campaigns
- Assisting in the organization of trade fairs and events **Additional information**:

Initial duration: 6 months, with possible extension Start date: Mid-September 2025 Location: Milan **Benefits**: Monthly allowance, hybrid work model (2 days remote), free company canteen University degree (economics, business administration, marketing) Proficiency in Italian and English (minimum B2-C1); Spanish is a plus Marketing experience, if possible, in a similar market preferably in Stationery and Craftsmen environment Experience, if possible, in a multinational company with a matrix organization Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint above all) Basic online /e-commerce knowledge Good communication skilss - oral & written Balance between Helicopter view and detail-orientation Data driven and analytical skills Result oriented
