Doctolib is looking for you for an **internship**in the **Italian B2C Marketing and Content department** for our office in **Milan**. During the internship you will liaise with and get exposure to multiple teams across the organization including but not limited to SEO, B2C Marketing, B2C PR and Comms, Website management, Post sales operations teams, etc.
- Doctolib operates in dynamic and competitive markets. We contribute to the digitalization of healthcare systems, improving accessibility to care and simplifying practitioners' work-life across France, Germany and Italy. As part of our Italian B2C Marketing & Communications team, you will play a crucial role in designing the strategy and monitoring the execution of scalable, multi-channel marketing solutions that drive growth and engagement in our Patient community._ **What you'll do**:
As an intern, you will support us by: - Brief Copywriters: first brief and weekly alignment
- Check the copywriter's Gdoc text integrity
- Share text with the reviewer and if needed align with the copywriter for editing
- Share completed draft with SEO
- Upload text in Wordpress
- Request publication




- Upload publication tracker file with current status Support on administrative tasks related to content production- Contributing to optimize our patient profiles’ content quality to improve SEO indexability and ranking: - gather practitioner data from provided database
- search for online CV/bio
- use AI to generate unique bio
- update/publish bio on CMS
- keep track of task progress In addition you will get a chance to learn more about Content SEO techniques and strategy, marketing editorial planning, use of AI tools for marketing support, web content management systems, etc. **Working with us, you will**: - Work closely with the Local B2C Marketing team,having a chance to experience first-hand the impact Doctolib has on the healthcare system in which it operates.
- Earn hands-on experience in digital marketing, contributing to the discussion on how to effectively deploy and monitor Doctolib's marketing investment across different marketing channels and medical clusters.

- have familiarity with CMS as Wordpress;
- have familiarity with AI tools as Gemini, ChatGPT

- are passionate or have previous experience around the healthcare industry;
