ACPV is looking for a **Business Development Officer** to be included in our Business Development team. **The role will include a range of activities such as**: - Researching and monitoring public and private tenders and other business opportunities in line with ACPV’s strategic goals
- Completing pre-qualification questionnaires (RFQ/PQQ) and supplier registration forms aimed at generating new business opportunities
- Analyzing and evaluating Requests for Proposals (RFPs, RFQs, etc.) to support the New Business team in meeting deadlines and requirements
- Drafting and assembling technical and financial proposals, including attachments such as references, fee breakdowns, and resource schedules,



in coordination with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Updating Business Development databases (CRM, projects, consultants, contacts)
- Supporting the organization and maintenance of the Business Development archive (case studies, methodological reports, etc.) **Requirements**: - Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within architecture firms, engineering or construction companies
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines independently
- Knowledge of public and private tender processes
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- English fluency is mandatory (spoken and written)
- A strong inclination towards digitalization and proficiency with data and workflow tools such as Power BI, Airtable, and similar platforms is highly valued **Soft skills**: - Proactivity and team spirit
