International Graduate Program of

Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division , designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

What you’ll be doing

You will join the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division within the Corporate & Strategic Solutions Sales – Rates Solutions team, supporting market analysis and interest rate hedging solutions for corporate clients in an international environment.

You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:

Support market analysis and client needs assessment

Contribute to structuring interest rate hedging solutions

Prepare reports and commercial presentations

Monitor financial markets and macro dynamics

Who we are looking for

If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:

0–1 years of experience, if CIB or in audit is a plus

Master’s degree in Finance/Economics

Knowledge of capital markets (Rates focus)

Knowledge of derivatives

Corporate finance knowledge

Advanced Excel skills

Experience in Markets or IB





International experience is a plus
