Your responsibilities include: - Mastering the organization of all the activities related to the management and coordination of the F&B; department, working along with the F&B; direction
- Improving the quality of the services offered and diversifying them in accordance with the company’s strategic goals
- Ensuring compliance to the HACCP regulation
- Managing the team ensuring that everyone is well-trained and motivated
- Managing F&B; operations according to the budget
- Production of reports supporting the activities of the F&B; direction




- Show the ability to be hands-on by supporting the team during daily operations
