In this role you will shape and monitor the ICT risk framework for Generali Investments Holding, partnering with Asset Management and risk committees to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance. You’ll consolidate quarterly risk findings, prepare board-facing reports, and drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of the ICT Risk Management Framework. You will coordinate global stakeholders and oversee escalation and action plans in a fast-paced, international environment. This is an opportunity to influence risk governance at a leading European asset manager and contribute to its regulatory readiness and resilience.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Conduct recurrent governance meetings with Asset Management Companies to monitor ICT risk activities
- Consolidate quarterly ICT risk results at GIH level and report to GIH Risk and Control Committee
- Prepare annual consolidated ICT risk framework evolution reporting for the GIH Board
- Support design, implementation, and maintenance of the ICT Risk Management Framework
- Coordinate Local CROs of newly acquired Group Asset Managers for ICT risk framework deployment
- Oversee escalation and formal risk evaluation when hard limits are breached
- Review and formalize executive ICT risk reports and evidence from IT and Security (e.g., backups, vulnerability assessments)
- Assist in annual ICT & cyber risk reporting and IT Booklet preparation
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in information security or cyber risk management
- Understanding of ICT and cyber risk with experience in testing strategies and regulatory requirements for Financial Markets and Asset Management
