Experteer Overview

In this role you guide front-end development within the sub-chapter, shaping architectural decisions and ensuring high-quality, scalable digital solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to align engineering standards and drive capability development. Your leadership supports secure, performant interfaces and effective collaboration across Product and ICT teams, contributing to Ariston Group’s innovation and digitalization goals. This position offers hybrid work in Fabriano/Milan and a clear path for technical leadership and impact.

- Act as primary technical reference for the sub-chapter domain and guide architectural decisions
- Ensure consistent application of engineering standards and best practices
- Allocate resources for Digital Product development per capacity planning
- Support Chapter Lead in competency gaps and long-term capability development
- Maintain up-to-date platforms with ICT to enhance security, performance, and scalability
- Oversee design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable digital solutions
- Mentor team members and support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and upskilling




- Collaborate with Product Teams and ICT to ensure cohesive solutions and evolution of tools and guidelines

Responsabilità

- 6+ years IT experience managing complex multinational projects
- At least 3 years hands‑on in digital solutions using HTML5, CSS, Java, and JavaScript
- Strong front-end framework expertise (React, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery)
- Solid front‑end performance, accessibility, maintainability knowledge
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites/Assets; familiarity with AEM Cloud beneficial
- SQL, Apache Jackrabbit Oak, and integration patterns (SOA) understanding
- JSON, XML, XSL data transformation knowledge
- Enterprise applications & processes understanding
- SCRUM/Agile IT project experience
- Proficient with project tools (MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Fluent English

- salary range 52.000 - 77.000
