Tenova is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Proposal Specialist to join the Service team in Castellanza. The role focuses on translating technical modernization and revamping studies into competitive commercial proposals, driving business growth while developing technical-commercial expertise.

You will manage end-to-end proposal processes via SAP and CRM, coordinate with engineering, sales, and spare parts, and progressively gain direct exposure to customer-facing activities.
