In this role you lead a field service team across North East Italy, ensuring best‑in‑class HVAC service delivery, preventive maintenance, and strong customer satisfaction. You plan resources, coach technicians, and coordinate with service leadership to optimize deployments. You drive operational excellence through KPI focus and talent development while maintaining close customer relationships and market insights.

- Lead day‑to‑day activities of a technicians team to deliver high‑quality service
- Ensure best‑in‑class service delivery, preventive maintenance and parts inventories
- Oversee field service technicians across North East Italy for optimal customer experience
- Set objectives, coach staff, and provide training and development
- Collaborate with Service leader and peers to manage resource availability and deployments
- Monitor field work, vacation planning and adherence to internal processes




- Report competitors and trends relevant to the service growth strategy
- Drive KPI‑focused operational excellence

Responsabilità

- Minimum 6 years field service experience in HVAC systems: repairs, on‑site maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Previous supervisory / team leader experience with team‑building skills
- Proven interpersonal, team, strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Assertive with strong action orientation, results‑driven and problem‑solving under deadlines
- Fluent in Italian; strong English reading, writing and presentation skills
- Sales acumen; hands‑on, proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Notes

Requisiti fondamentali

- Salary range 45,000–61,800 EUR
