**Position**:
The Industrialization Technician will be responsible for supporting activities related to acquiring information from external services and laboratories, aligning internally with modeling, CAD, and technical/BOM areas, while respecting the company's timing during the collection development phase. **Job responsibilities**: - Responsible for handling the product industrialization process, collaborating with Product teams and external laboratories;
- Participates and contributes to prototype and sample launch assignments;
- Evaluates the stylistic proposals to identify potential production problems and propose technical solutions;
- Supports the Product team in the sample design phase;
- Responsible for handling the relationship with external laboratories, maintaining constant communication with them to ensure production release and compliance with quality standards;
- Researches technical innovations in materials and construction;
- Coordinates the development of technical manuals for processes (prints, embroideries, pleats, etc.). **Profile**: - Previous years of experience in within a manufacturing company in the fashion/luxury sector;
- Knowledge of product construction phases;
- Good knowledge of management systems specific to the têxtile/clothing world (e.g., PLM);
- Knowledge of the "Made in Italy" sector, both at the industrial and artisanal laboratory level;




- Strong managerial skills in team coordination and collaboration with other company functions;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package;
