**Essential Job Functions**: - Support the development and execution of corporate development strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director and leadership team on operating models, go-to-market strategies, and service strategies.
- Assist in the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A; opportunities.
- Contribute to divestiture activities, including asset or division sales.
- Assist in the strategic management of intellectual property assets.
- Help communicate and promote the corporate growth vision throughout the organization.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential targets. **Basic Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role




- Proven experience in corporate leadership roles
- Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and business growth strategies
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology **Other Qualifications**: - Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
