Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support our Shared PXT team in Italy. You will provide tactical HR services to frontline leaders, manage people operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Italian and English-speaking stakeholders, leveraging HRIS tools and data analytics to drive process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. This contract role is based in Milan under a remote-first, cross-border HR function.
