We are searching for a motivated and curious HR Intern to join our Global Center of Expertise (CoE) for People Development and Learning. You will support the team across its key areas of responsibility, contributing to global HR initiatives, systems, processes, analytics, and culture-related projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a dynamic international environment, collaborating with global stakeholders and supporting the development of our people.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the management of key HR processes: Talent Management and Learning (in particular in the area of Leadership and innovation).
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of global HR initiatives and projects across the organization.
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data and KPIs, transforming insights into meaningful recommendations.
- Support the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and documentation for global HR governance and decision-making.
- Collaborate on initiatives aimed at strengthening the company culture, employee experience, and engagement.
- Provide operational and project support to both areas of the CoE, working closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digital innovation.
- Ensure accurate documentation and support knowledge sharing across the HR community.
