Celltrion Group offers a 6–12 month HR internship in Milan for a recent graduate eager to gain hands‑on experience across soft and hard HR areas. You will work under a dedicated Tutor and be exposed to the full HR spectrum in a multinational pharma environment.

The role covers staffing, onboarding and people management, coaching, payroll, budgeting, safety & security, fleet and asset management, organizational development, policies and general services to provide a 360 view of the HR department.
