As HR Generalist for Huber AgroSolutions, you will drive core people processes and development initiatives in an international setting. You will support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement while collaborating with HR partners and managers to implement corporate HR policies. The role blends operational HR tasks with organizational development to enhance the employee experience.

This position offers meaningful impact through local and global HR projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Manage full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and junior white-collar roles, including sourcing, advertising, interviewing, and agency partnerships

- Support senior-level recruitment with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition

- Contribute to onboarding activities and continuously improve new-hire integration

- Identify training needs and help develop local annual training plans with internal and external stakeholders

- Coordinate training operations: scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, reporting, and fund administration (Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti)

- Act as HR contact for employees/managers,



gathering needs and identifying improvement opportunities

- Support employee engagement initiatives: surveys, analysis, and action plans

- Contribute to corporate HR processes and projects: performance cycles, local/global initiatives, internal training

- Build relationships with universities and external partners to support employer branding and internships

Responsabilità

- Degree in Psychology, Educational Sciences, Human Resources, or related field

- At least 3 years of HR experience in structured organizations

- Experience in recruitment, training, and core HR processes

- Strong organizational skills and proactive, collaborative mindset

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with employees, managers, and partners

- Interest in people development and organizational improvement

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Willingness for occasional international travel

Requisiti fondamentali

- Permanent contract

- Annual fixed salary: 33,800 - 44,000 (depends on experience)
