HR Cost Controller

Relatech, tech company founded in 2001 with 14 offices across Italy and abroad, is looking for an HR Cost Controller to support the Controllo di Gestione department.

The role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and evolution of HR cost data, supporting decision‑making and economic sustainability.

Responsibilities

- Active participation in monthly, YTD and annual closing processes.
- Structured analysis of variances between budget, forecast and actual, identifying main drivers (resource mix, seniority, contracts, premio).
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and medium‑term industrial plans related to personnel cost.
- Production of periodic reports to support Top Management and PE Fund.
- Reconciliation and monitoring of employee‑related funds (TFR, supplementary pension funds, etc.).
- Management of KPI and variance analysis versus budget regarding FTE/HC planning (entry/exit, turnover, hiring pipeline).

Required Competencies

- Degree in Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
- At least 2‑3 years experience in Management Control, HR Controlling or audit firm.
- Excellent Excel skills and Office suite; familiarity with reporting tools and ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of English (B2).
- High precision and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.




- Team orientation and ability to interact with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Location & Working Conditions

Relatech HQ in Milan. Hybrid working model, full‑time fixed‑term contract.

Compensation

Annual Gross Salary (RAL) between €30,000 and €40,000, depending on experience, skills and role autonomy. Salary may include a variable component (MBO) and other benefits defined by company policy. Grade defined by CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
