- Support the adaptation of the company database to the new RENTRI portal (National Electronic Register for Waste Traceability)
- Contribute to a project for monitoring and analyzing company waste, reviewing the current waste recording system
- Collaborate in coordinating maintenance activities to improve the efficiency of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance management
- Assist in reviewing the current procedure for mandatory training management, in compliance with workplace safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/08)
- Participate in a project to digitize and reorganize the document archive of company stores ***:
**Requirements**: - Technical degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
- Interest in topics related to environment, safety, and facility management
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and environmental regulations (Legislative Decrees 81/08 and 152/06)
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and digital archiving tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
