- Drive the sourcing of top-tier talent by utilizing a diverse range of channels.
- Design and lead the implementation of structured assessments, including tests and interviews.

To help you ramp up quickly and set yourself up for success, we recommend spending your first few months working from our Milan office, regardless of your long-term work location.
