Supply Chain Coordinator (f/m/d) **Responsibilities**: - All Purchase and good plans for warehouse and for customers receiving material for direct shipment
- daily booking of trucks coming from Germany to Italy by filling them before their departure (in agreement with the German logistic dept)
- Small purchases of material goods for offices
- Management of books and samples and cards
- Management and age control of goods in the warehouse, valorisation
- Master data management and article coding
- minor company secretarial and marketing job
- Relation and contact with sales depts for allocated goods and distribution or shared goods **Qualifications**: - Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and structured way of working
- Team player with resilience under pressure
- Hands-on mentality with problem-solving competence
- Completed commercial education or university degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- Several years of relevant professional experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Knowledge of customs and international trade topics is a plus
