Selection communication & design is part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionary company and makers of global product brands.
- We are currently seeking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Assistant, who will support the Account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery; reporting to the Account Executive. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities;
- Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing;
- Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time;




- Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval);
- Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion; Undertake administrative tasks.**Skill Required**
- Degree in Marketing or Communication;
- At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments;
- Good organizational and time-management skills;
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;
- Fluent in English.
