ALO in Rome is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experience on the floor, deliver education, and drive engagement. You will coach team members, manage daily operations, and help create a sanctuary that sets ALO apart from other retailers.

You will partner with store leadership to monitor metrics, optimize scheduling, and execute sales initiatives while maintaining budget, inventory, and vendor relationships.
