Experteer Overview In this role you lead global Major Projects delivery, ensuring safety, profitability and predictable execution across a diverse portfolio. You establish governance, manage risks, and develop a world‐class delivery organization to meet landmark customer commitments. You partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to align tendering, contracting and execution, driving execution excellence and leadership development.

The position offers a strategic opportunity to shape major projects capability on a global scale.

Partner across the enterprise to align tendering, contracting, execution and lifecycle support with executive stakeholder engagement

Deep expertise in project management, governance and risk management

Ability to operate comfortably at executive and corporate levels
