Experteer Overview
In this role you will support and promote the complete Thermal Chain from power generation to heat reuse, focusing on data center thermal designs. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate Thermal Systems into grid-connected or on-site powered data centers and perform targeted thermal calculations. You will develop tools, literature, and sales enablement materials to promote the portfolio while gathering customer insights to shape product strategy. This position offers an opportunity to influence how thermal solutions scale across customer environments and markets.

- Develop tools and documentation for data center reference designs
- Integrate thermal system products into data centers connected to the grid or on-site power generation
- Perform project-specific thermal calculations related to heat recovery, including integration with absorption and electric chillers
- Support integration of new products (cold storage, absorption chillers, gas-powered chillers) into the thermal systems portfolio
- Develop and maintain literature, benchmarks, presentations, and tools to promote thermal systems
- Gather and analyze customer feedback; prepare benchmarking analyses and presentations
- Update customer-facing offering documentation and marketing collateral (product literature, list prices, presentations, sales tools)
- Collaborate with product managers to research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Support collection of customer insights to inform business cases for new products
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, competitive comparisons, and other sales enablement tools
- Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and workshops/training sessions
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
- 5+ years of technical experience in product or service roles (preferred)
- Experience in data center thermal management or HVAC technologies (strongly preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude to translate customer needs into effective solutions
- Ability to integrate diverse products into cohesive, solution-oriented systems
- Problem solving, data analysis, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer focus with ability to address customer needs
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications
