GeneMind Biosciences is seeking a Field Service Engineer to own end-to-end on-site and remote service delivery for our high-precision sequencing instruments. You will install, commission, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot hardware, and train customers across labs, hospitals, and research institutions.

This role is field‑oriented and customer‑facing, requiring strong communication, problem‑solving, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally to support global customers
