This role is focused on facilitating user engagement, driving process innovation, and ensuring successful implementation of digital solutions developed by technical teams. As a Procurement Process Innovation manager - AI & Digital Enhancement, you will be responsible for: - Acting as the **primary liaison** between procurement users and AI and BPO teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Analyzing and mapping current procurement processes (e.g., RFQ, PO, invoicing, supplier onboarding) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital enablement.
- Promoting a **digital-first culture** by facilitating training, onboarding, and change management for AI-enabled tools.
- Supporting the **definition of technology roadmaps** in collaboration with the BPO and AI teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Leading the **operational rollout** of AI-powered solutions such as automated RFQ qualification, GenAI document handling, and digital procurement agents.
- Coordinating feedback loops with users to continuously improve solution usability and effectiveness.
- Contributing to the **AI use case prioritization matrix**, helping align initiatives with strategic sourcing goals.
- Ensuring compliance and process integrity during digital transitions. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: - Have a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 7+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a strong focus on process improvement and digital adoption.
- Have good communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive adoption.
- Have experience in change management, training, or user enablement is highly valued.
