In this role you will: - Manage cross-functional team meetings, adapting to project phases
- Process and track the progress of projects and the proper conduct of activities by various stakeholders (suppliers, top management, final customers, certifying bodies, etc.)
- Participate actively in technical project meetings
- Support identification and resolution of anomaly root causes
- Take care of the profitability of the project **What we expect from you**: - MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the naval sector is considered a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and bills of materials
- Capability to prepare presentations and technical reports
- Excellent ability to withstand stress and multinational contexts
- Excellent knowledge of the Office environment
- Fluency in Italian and English
- 2-4 years of professional experience
