**Your Responsibilities**: - Responsible for building and facilitating an AI Community, driving AI knowledge-sharing and adoption.
- Execute hands-on AI experimentation, evaluating existing AI technologies
- Deliver AI-driven solutions by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and enhancement of existing workflows and systems.
- Define and maintain prompt engineering best practices, optimizing AI model interactions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
- Evaluate and recommend new AI technologies and frameworks, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and strategic adoption.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships, aligning AI solutions with business needs and technical capabilities.
- Define and manage AI integration processes,



ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of AI-powered solutions across the organization.
- Accountable for driving AI strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technology advancements.
- Develop and oversee AI-related training and enablement initiatives, supporting teams in effectively leveraging AI tools and methodologies in alignment with I&T.; **Your Background**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in in the field of AI, Automation or RPA.
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in geographically dispersed team.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
