CULTURAL EXPERIENCES ABROAD

**Your Role**:
**What You’ll Do**: - Support student well-being through health, safety, and wellness resources.
- Assist students experiencing challenges related to health, mental health, housing, or other personal concerns.
- Accompany students to appointments when necessary and follow up on care or support.
- Contribute to orientation sessions and wellness programming.
- Help organize student arrivals, excursions, and events.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Student Services, Housing, and Academic Affairs to provide holistic student support.
- Foster inclusivity and community integration.
- Participate in the emergency phone rotation.
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
- Authorization to work in Italy.
- Experience working with young adults; background in study abroad or higher education preferred.
- _ Sensitivity and awareness regarding student mental health issues; prior training or experience in mental health support is strongly valued._
- Knowledge of Florence and local cultural resources.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or (rarely) on weekends. **Who We Are**:
